Upgrading/Downgrading Plans
If you need to change your hosting plan, follow these steps:
Log into Your HostQXA Account:
- Start by logging into your HostQXA account with your username and password.
Go to the "Hosting Plans" Section:
- Once inside your account dashboard, navigate to the "Hosting Plans" section.
- This is usually found in the main menu or under your account settings.
Select the Option to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan:
- In the hosting plans section, you'll see options to either upgrade or downgrade your current plan.
- Click on the appropriate option based on your needs.
Choose the New Plan You Want to Switch To:
- Browse through the available hosting plans and select the one that best suits your requirements.
- Each plan will have a detailed description and a list of features.
Confirm the Change and Complete Any Necessary Payment Adjustments:
- After selecting your new plan, confirm your choice.
- If upgrading, you may need to pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan.
- If downgrading, your account may be credited with the difference.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment adjustment.
